I have also, of late, been ob.sessed with the 50mm lens I got Steve for Father's Day. It doesn't have an autofocus feature, which is a bit tricky, but I'm learning how to use it better every day. It takes beautiful action pictures with lots of "movement" in them. Some of the pics below were shot using that lens. Hope you enjoy!
**Yes that is a S'more milkshake, and yes I will be posting the recipe this Thursday...**

Eeeek what a cute baby!
ReplyDeleteI have a 50 mm lens too, also without autofocus - it takes a while to get used to but I think in the end you get more control over your image with manual focus. Have fun :)
Thanks, Katie! I totally agree...Sometimes I get frustrated with my autofocus lens because it doesn't read my mind! Haha!

I went to session a few years ago and somehow a whole lotta those mugs made it back home into our cupboard!i have a 50mm lens too and I love it, though sometimes I wish it had a zoom feature instead of me having to actually move, very annoying!
ReplyDeleteBest beer fest in Toronto Hands down!
DeleteI hear what you're saying about the zoom...I don't mind running around though, while taking pics. I'm hyper ;)
